Our rotation maintenance services ensure your home is clean.
Be assured we do an extraordinary job, however, please keep in mind some finishes such as baseboards and cabinets collect dust
and grime over time and with age, paint crackles may appear as dirty or built-up dust. Same with bathroom and kitchen caulking
which with time crackles, stains, and needs to be replaced.
**We do not climb higher than a 2-step ladder. Higher items will be dusted with an extension duster (limitations apply). Most homes
have at least one chandelier or vaulted ceiling fan that we cannot reach by hand; however we can refer you to our lighting
specialists. Same applies for high to reach surfaces, pipes, HVAC ductwork. We will refer you to our range or specialists.
Please allow some dust to settle after we leave. While we do our best to minimize dust in the air, it cannot be completely
prevented.
