comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions of Use (“Terms”). If you do not
agree to these Terms, you should not use this Site.
1. Agreement
This Agreement specifies the Terms and Conditions for access to and use of the Site and describes
the terms applicable to your access and use. Heaven Cleaning LLC may modify this Agreement at
any time by posting an updated version on the Site. Any such modifications shall be effective
immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Site constitutes your unconditional acceptance
of the modified Agreement.

works from, or otherwise exploit any Content without the prior express written consent of Heaven
Cleaning LLC. Use of the Site does not grant you ownership or license rights in any Content.

interactive areas of the Site, you grant Heaven Cleaning LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide
license to use, reproduce, publish, display, and distribute such content solely for business, marketing,
operational, or service-related purposes directly connected to Heaven Cleaning LLC. This license
does not transfer ownership of your content and is limited to uses reasonably related to the services
provided.

Heaven Cleaning LLC provides professional cleaning services in Brookhaven, Chamblee, and the
greater Atlanta, Georgia area. This Site and all content, estimates, quotes, and booking tools are
intended for use by clients located within our active service area only. Submissions, estimates, or
bookings originating from outside our service area are not binding and do not guarantee availability
of services. Heaven Cleaning LLC reserves the right to decline service requests outside its
designated service area at its sole discretion.
4. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
(a) Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS. YOUR USE
OF THE SITE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HEAVEN

following an in-person assessment or the receipt of additional information. All quotes expire 21 days
from the date of issuance. Heaven Cleaning LLC is not bound by any expired quote and reserves the
right to reassess and reissue pricing after expiration.

(a) Use of AI and Automation
This Site may utilize artificial intelligence (“AI”), machine learning, chatbots, automated scheduling
tools, pricing estimators, analytics, and similar technologies to enhance customer experience and
operational efficiency.
(b) No Guarantee of Accuracy
AI-generated or automated outputs are provided for informational purposes only and may be
inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated. All services, pricing, schedules, and scope of work are subject to
human review and confirmation by Heaven Cleaning LLC.
(c) No Professional or Specialized Advice
AI-generated content does not constitute professional, legal, medical, environmental, or safety
advice. You should not rely solely on automated outputs when making decisions regarding your
property, health, or safety.
(d) Human Oversight
Final decisions regarding services, pricing, scheduling, and approvals are made by human
representatives of Heaven Cleaning LLC. AI tools do not replace professional judgment.
(e) User Inputs

and booking information such as your name, address, and phone number may be collected through
these tools as part of normal operations. You agree not to submit sensitive personal data including

10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of
Georgia, without regard to conflict of law principles. Venue for any permitted court action shall lie in
DeKalb County, Georgia.
11. Arbitration
Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Site or these Terms shall be resolved by binding
arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in accordance with its rules.
Arbitration shall take place in DeKalb County, Georgia. You waive any right to a jury trial or
participation in a class action.
12. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full
force and effect.
13. Termination
Heaven Cleaning LLC may terminate or suspend access to the Site at any time, with or without
notice, for any reason.
